CAO Guofu
Professor
Neutrino physics and detection, detector technology, offline software and detector simulation
I graduated from the Institute of high energy (IHEP) of the Chinese Academy of Sciences with a doctor's degree in 2009 and was visiting scholar at KEK and Stanford University. I am currently the researcher of the experimental physics division of IHEP. My research interests include neutrino physics and detection, photodetector development, and detector simulation. I am in charge of detector simulation in JUNO, and photodetector system, electronics system, and offline software system in JUNO-TAO. I would like to hire post-docs who are interested in realizing the precise detector simulation with the JUNO data, developing SiPM-based photodetector system for JUNO-TAO, and performing data analysis both in JUNO and JUNO-TAO.
