On the early morning of May 13th,2009, the collision luminosity at BEPCII reached 3.01×1032cm-2s-1 at the energy of 1.89 GeV, which marked a full success in meeting the acceptance specifications and in accomplishing the storage ring upgrade. By far, all the BEPCII specifications have reached the national acceptance specifications, some of which are even better.
