Abstract: In this talk, we shall discuss how to predict the lepton mixing angles and CP violating phases. The reason why introduce flavor and CP symmetry is explained from the bottom-up view. Then the master formulae to construct lepton mixing matrix from any postulated residual CP symmetry are presented. Moreover the interplay between residual symmetry and Leptogenesis will be explored. As an example, we apply the general formalism to the simple S_4 flavor group and CP symmetry. Finally all the possible lepton mixing patterns from finite flavor groups as well as CP are showed.
