New members were approved at the most recent BESIII Collaboration meeting, which extended the list of collaborators to a total of 42. The new members are Kernfysisch Versneller Instituut, University of Punjab, University of Ind iana, Laboratori Nazionali di Frascati, Seoul National University and Huangshan Unibersity. 

　　The BESIII Collaboration meeting was successfully held in Shanxi University from July 26th to 30th, 2009 and was attended by more than 180 delegates from 28 institutes and universities around the world, it occurred right after the BEPCII National Acceptance and a good collection of a hundred million ψ (2S) events and two hundred million J/ψ events by BESIII.

　　Prof. Chen hesheng, Director of IHEP and Prof. Wang Yifang, Deputy Director of IHEP reported BEPCII and BESIII respectively. Other reports on data processing and computing environment,etc, were also made.
