The BEPCII Cryogenic System is now busy with its installation and will soon enter into its commissioning phase. Considering the complexity of the system, the BEPCII Headquarters deems it is critical to the schedule of the whole upgrade project. TIPC is a scientific institution specialized in cryogenic technologies, moreover, it is the only comprehensive one with strong capability and rich experience in the R&D of the related technologies, most importantly, it is very much willing to make contributions to the construction of national mega-science facilities, such as BEPCII.

　　With this background, both sides arrived quite easily at the agreement in which IHEP entrusted TIPC with the commissioning of BEPCII’s cyrogenic system. By mutual efforts, we are confident that the BEPCII Upgrade Project will be accomplished on schedule and with high quality.
