29th Daya Bay International Collaboration Meeting Held in Hong Kong

The 29th Daya Bay International Collaboration Meeting was held at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology from Nov. 9th to 11th.

About sixty scientists and technicians from China (including Hong Kong and Taiwan), the United States, Russia, the Czech Republic and other countries and regions attended the meeting.

During the meeting, participants reported on the operational status of the Daya Bay experiment since the last collaboration meeting, and discussed progress and problems in the new data reconstruction, neutrino oscillation analysis, analysis of reactor flow strength and energy spectrum, searches for new physics and so on. A plan for data analysis and paper publications in 2018 was formulated.

It has been agreed the next Daya Bay Experiment Workshop will be held at the Institute of High Energy Physics in April 2018, and the next Collaboration Meeting will be held in October 2018.
