The CEPC-SppC study group meeting was held at IHEP on September 11-12, 2015. More than 120 delegates from about 20 universities and institutes attended the meeting. 

IHEP Director Wang Yifang made opening remarks. Lou Xinchou from IHEP reported the work of the group done since the last study group meeting. Academician Zhang Zhaoxi reported the proposal of the super Z factory. 

The meeting was divided into four sessions, theory, physics and detectors, CEPC accelerator and SppC accelerator. Gao Jie, Tang Jingyu, Xu Nu and Ma Jianping made summary talks representing the above four sessions. Gao Yuanning reported on the work of the Project Council. Delegates attended different sessions according to their interests and had enthusiastic discussions and exchanges. 

At the end of the meeting, Wang Yifang gave summary remarks. The meeting fully confirmed the efforts of the study group on the CEPC conceptual design since the last meeting. The meeting discussed some new designs, such as the double ring structure of CEPC and addressed the working goals and plans for the next year. It was decided that the next study group meeting would be held on April 8-9, 2016.
