Daya Bay International Collaboration Meeting held at IHEP

The 23rd Daya Bay International Collaboration Meeting was held at the Institute of High Energy Physics from May 21st - 25th. Nearly one hundred experts and technicians from China (including Hong Kong and Taiwan), the United States, Russia, the Czech Republic and other countries and regions attended the meeting.

The main focus of the meeting was the discussion and analysis of the latest results from the Daya Bay Reactor Neutrino Experiment, which the Collaboration is scheduled to publish soon. During the meeting, attendees discussed the current operating status and future running plan of the experiment systems, including the AD, RPC, PMTs, calibration, data acquisition and electronics systems.

The Collaboration is also planning to begin gathering proposals for utilization of the facilities in the post-experiment period.

The next Collaboration Meeting will be held at the University of Hong Kong in January 2015.
