The meeting was co-chaired by the two spokespersons of the Collaboration, Prof. Yifang WANG from the Institute of High Energy Physics and Prof. Kam-Biu Luk from Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, U.S.A. Present at the meeting were over 100 scientists and engineers from both domestic and international collaborating institutions.
The meeting lasted 6 days with 2 days on plenary and 4 days on parallel. The latest project progress and the next-step working plans were discussed. Now, the components of the detector are nearly accomplished. The commissioning, operation, duty shifts and data acquisition for physics are on the agenda, and become key issues to be discussed and determined.
The meeting has been a full success. The next Collaboration meeting will be held in July in Beijing.
