Post-Doctoral Fellow on ATLAS

at the Institute of High Energy Physics

The Institute of High Energy Physics (IHEP) of the Chinese Academy of Sciences in Beijing invites applications for a postdoctoral fellowship position in experimental particle physics on the ATLAS experiment at the Large Hadron Collider.

The successful applicant will be partially located at CERN in Geneva, Switzerland with possibility of visit to IHEP, Beijing. A Ph.D. in experimental high energy particle physics and experience with physics analysis is required. The successful candidate will be expected to play an important role in the physics analysis of the Higgs boson and toparticipate in the Atlas upgrade activities. 

The appointment will be for a period of two years with a possible extension of another two years.
