Responsibilities :

• Discuss and resolve all technical matters of the detector  construction, installation, operation, and the summer maintenance.
• Organize safety efforts and enforce safety rules.
• Discuss and allocate resources (man power, funding, ...).
• Propose detector upgrades.

Responsibilities :

• – Develop and maintain the BESIII Publication Policy defining the requirements for authors, referees and management for journal publications, conference talks and other aspects of the preparation and dissemination of BESIII results.
• – Upon referral by the Physics Coordinators and/or Spokespersons, resolve analysis and publication disputes that arise among authors, referees and management.
• – Directly participate in ensuring the quality of BESIII papers by carrying out editing of manuscripts in the final stages of collaboration review.

• – Chaired by speakers bureau chairman, appointed by the spokespersons in consultation with EB and ratified by IB. Term: 1 year as deputy chairman and 1 year as chairman.
• – Spokespersons may attend the meeting as ex officio members. 
• – Physics group conveners may attend the meeting upon invitation by the chairman.

Responsibilities:

• – Propose policies for selecting speakers.
• – Keep statistics of speakers.
• – Contact potential conference organizers to get talks.
• – Appoint speakers.
• – Organize rehearsal of talks for conferences.
• – The members should attend at least 1/3 of all the rehearsals.
