A successful test on CSNS/RCS extraction kicker prototype was held at the Institute of High Energy Physics (IHEP) on July, 14th.

The activity was organized by the China Spallation Neutron Source (CSNS) Project Management, and for that, noted experts were invited as reviewers from the Shanghai Institute of Applied Physics, the Lanzhou Institute of Modern Physics, and the Institute of High Energy Physics, CAS.

Prof. Chi Yunlong, on behalf of his research team, delivered a report on the R&D process. Extended discussions were made and an on-site test followed.

Having witnessed all those activities, the reviewers concluded that the CSNS/RCS extraction kicker magnet prototype had met the all the designed specifications, and could be readily applied.
