The beamline No. 08B for neutron technology development is designed to provide fast, convenient and high-quality testing services. We can also build a flexible platform in the scattering room to carry out experimental research on neutron technology. Its applications include:

Testing the equipment such as detector, neutron absorbing material, moderating material, polarized neutron device, sample environment equipment, chopper, single crystal orientation, neutron conduit, etc;

Prototype verification test of new neutron technology methodology, neutron interference experiment, holographic imaging experimental research, etc;

Fundamental physics research.
