Lin Guoping Chief Process Engineer CSNS lingp@ihep.ac.cn Prof. Lin Guoping is the CSNS project Chief Process Engineer and head of Facilities Operation and Management of CSNS. He is also the head of Division of Facilities Operation and Maintenance of IHEP. Prof. Lin graduated from Chongqing Institute of Architecture and Engineering in 1984. Since then he began to work for IHEP. He has a lot of experiences in managing conventional facilities for large-scale project such as BEPC and BEPC II. In 2003, he won the CAS Outstanding Achievement Awards of Science and Technology.
