Qu Huamin Chief Engineer CSNS quhm@ihep.ac.cn Prof. Qu Huamin is the Chief Engineer of CSNS project. From 1982 to 1986, Prof. Qu studied vacuum instrumentation and technology in Hefei University of Technology. He began to work for the Institute of Plasma Physics (IPP),CAS since 1989. From 1993 to 1995, he worked as visitor researcher in Frascati National Lab, Italy. From 1995 to 1996, he was responsible for operating and maintaining the ht-7 superconducting tokamak in IPP, CAS. He then began to work for IHEP since 1996.
