After the success of the test cryomodule run, the ADS (Accelerator-driven Sub-system, one of the CAS Pioneer Initiative Projects) again made important progress. Crymodule-CM1, composed of seven superconducting cavities and the superconducting solenoid magnets, was successfully put into operation after cooling. 

Crymodule-CM1 is one of the key components for ADS Injector I with a length of 5.5 meters and a weight of 13 tons, which is the first large cryomodule composed of multi-spoke type superconducting cavities in the world. 

The success of Crymodule-CM1 is a comprehensive test to its design, technologies, fabrication and installation, laying a sound foundation for the next step commissioning.
