Till the end of 2011, 1285 total employees worked at the Institute of High Energy Physics (IHEP), which include 753 scientists and engineers, and 217 support professionals. Here, scientists, engineers, technicians and support professionals work together to conduct world class research in high energy physics, synchrotron radiation, advanced accelerator physics, and particle astrophysics/cosmology.
